What Will You Do?

1. Develop and optimize tunnel oxide (TOx) and passivation layers;

2. Research new tunneling and interface materials for TOPCon cells;

3. Improve cell efficiency parameters (Voc, iVoc, J0, stability);

4. Design and fabricate mini-modules for TOPCon/HJT solar cells;

5. Develop cost-effective electrode technologies (Ag reduction, Cu-based routes)

6. Conduct TLM, contact resistance, FF analysis and reliability testing (UV, PID, LID, TC, Damp Heat)

7. Writing patents and journal publications;

8. Report technical progress to CTO.

Your Requirement Should Be...

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related;

2. Strong background in semiconductor physics and surface passivation;

3. Has experience with PV R&D lab, TOPCon/SHJ/PERC, IEC reliability testing or advanced silicon solar cells is preferred;

4. Fluent in English;

5. Strong experimental design, data-analysis, logical thinking and good initiative;

6. Industry-oriented mindset with cost awareness;

7. Willing to join immediately and work in Batang, Central Java.
