About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Operations System Support Analyst to provide day-to-day system support for manufacturing or warehouse operations. The role focuses on troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth execution of production and logistics processes. You will work closely with operations, IT, and engineering teams to maintain system stability and improve workflow efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of SQL (required)
Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL preferred)
Basic understanding of MES or WMS concepts (or ERP systems like SAP a plus)
Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Manufacturing or warehouse operations flow
Inventory management and order processing concepts
Basic understanding of system integration (API, EDI, data interfaces)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Good communication skills (supporting non-technical users)
Ability to work under pressure in production environments
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for MES/WMS applications
Resolve system issues related to production orders, inventory, scanning, and workflow execution
Monitor system alerts, logs, and interfaces between MES/WMS and ERP systems
Support manufacturing or warehouse floor users (operators, supervisors, planners)
Assist in resolving real-time production or shipment issues
Ensure accurate data flow between systems and shop floor equipment (scanners, PLCs, labels)
Run SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation
Generate reports on production, inventory, and system performance
Assist in data reconciliation between MES/WMS and ERP (SAP/Oracle)
Assist in system testing during upgrades or new releases
Support configuration changes under guidance of senior analysts
Document incidents, root cause analysis, and resolutions
Work with IT developers, business analysts, and vendors
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 / Tier 3 support teams
Participate in shift handovers if 24/7 support is required

About the Role
We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Quality team as an Incoming Materials QC Specialist through our Technical Leadership Trainee Program. In this hands-on role, you will be the first line of defense for product quality, ensuring that all incoming materials meet SEG's quality standards before they reach the production floor.This position offers a structured growth path designed to develop your technical expertise, quality judgment, laboratory skills, and supplier collaboration, preparing you for future technical leadership opportunities within SEG.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field required; prior quality inspection experience is a plus.
Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers and review Chinese-language technical and quality documentation.
Ability to use quality inspection instruments and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, inspection standards, and specifications.
Knowledge of attribute (counting) sampling inspection methods.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy when working with data.
Familiarity with basic quality management systems and standard computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Adaptable, dependable, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare quality reports and professional email correspondence.
Able to meet the physical requirements of working in a manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform incoming raw-material inspection, record inspection data, and make pass/fail determinations.
Collect and organize incoming-material batch inspection data and enter it into the tracking ledger.
Promptly report and tally nonconforming incoming materials, and apply proper quarantine and labeling.
Prepare nonconforming material disposition forms, track the effectiveness of corrective actions on material issues, and report results.
Confirm raw-material abnormalities identified on the production floor and provide timely feedback to the Incoming/Shipping Assistant Supervisor / Team Lead and the Supplier Management Engineer.
Maintain inspection and measuring instruments before use and promptly report any instrument issues to a supervisor.
Prepare crosslinking-degree (gel-content) test specimens, conduct crosslinking tests on incoming and in-process encapsulant samples, and report results promptly.
Support the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers, including supplier qualification and ongoing management.
Follow all work instructions for safe operation; participate in hazard identification and risk assessment, attend safety training and emergency drills, and help monitor safety compliance.
Maintain confidentiality, complete tasks assigned by supervisors, and support colleagues as needed.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Training hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m. Upon completion of training, the schedule will transition to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.

Training will take place in Houston, TX (77095) Upon successful completion of training, this position will transition to our new facility located in Tomball, TX (77377).

About the Role
The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across multiple departments, ensuring efficient coordination between accounting, sales, customer service, supply chain, logistics, and third-party partners. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, regulatory compliance, and alignment between production planning and sales demand while leading and developing the operations team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or manufacturing related field (preferred). Preferred Master's degree in relevant discipline or MBA.
2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong cross-functional communication
Experience with manufacturing, import/export, customs compliance, and logistics coordination.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin
Responsibilities:
Cross-Department Coordination
Act as the primary operational liaison between Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Production Planning teams.
Collaborate with Accounting on invoicing accuracy, cost control, inventory valuation, and reconciliation.
Partner with Sales and Customer Service to support order execution, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with the Production Planner to align sales orders with production capacity and delivery timelines.
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage finished goods and demand planning.
Oversee import and outbound logistics, ensuring timely shipment of goods.
Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3rd-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export documentation, and trade requirements.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
Oversee inventory control and accuracy, including cycle counts and full physical inventory counts towards year end.
Order Fulfillment & Execution
Oversee the full sales order lifecycle, from order receipt through shipment and delivery.
Monitor order status, resolve fulfillment issues, and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
Ensure coordination between warehouse, logistics, and customer teams to meet delivery commitments.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
Manage operational processes related to warranty claims
Coordinate with customer service, and accounting, to ensure timely resolution and documentation are filed.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, and develop the operations team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Performance & Process Improvement
Track and analyze key operational KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, logistics costs, and service levels.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements across departments.
Support system enhancements (ERP) to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range:
$70,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
