About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Representative to expand sales through electrical distributors, solar distributors, EPCs, and installer networks across North America. This role will develop and manage strategic distribution relationships, drive revenue growth, and increase SEG Solar's market share in the DG and C&I segments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of direct solar module sales and can demonstrate consistent, measurable sales success over multiple years.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of solar distribution sales experience
Demonstrated success selling through distributors, electrical wholesalers, and installer networks
Existing relationships with national and regional distribution partners
Strong understanding of DG, C&I, and residential solar markets
Experience negotiating supply agreements, rebates, promotions, and channel programs
Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage a sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Experience working for a solar module manufacturer, inverter company, distributor, or major balance-of-system supplier
Familiarity with domestic content requirements, IRA incentives, and current U.S. solar market dynamics
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
Expand relationships with existing distribution partners and identify new channel opportunities
Drive module sales into residential, C&I, and DG markets
Conduct distributor training, product presentations, and customer engagement activities
Work closely with marketing and operations to support channel growth initiatives
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
Coordinate pricing, contract negotiations, and promotional programs
Represent SEG Solar at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
Monitor competitive activity and market trends
Support collections and account management activities as needed

About the Role:
The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring employees follow safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the solar module manufacturing process. This role provides hands-on leadership, supports production employees across multiple stations, troubleshoots production issues, monitors workflow, and ensures materials and equipment are properly maintained to meet production goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support production employees during daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards are consistently met
Monitor production lines and equipment to maintain efficient workflow and minimize downtime
Train employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Ensure materials are loaded properly and coordinate replenishment with material handling teams
Review inspection and EL test results, coordinate rework when needed, and ensure product quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Oversee daily operations across all production areas including Stringing, Layup, Material Handling, EL Inspection, Framing, Cleaning, Soldering, and Packing
Ensure finished products are properly packed, labeled, wrapped, and prepared for shipment
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing or production experience required
Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
Experience in solar manufacturing or automated production environments is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
Schedule:
Training hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Upon completion of training, the schedule will transition to a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.
Location:
Training will take place in Houston, TX (77095) Upon successful completion of training, this position will transition to our new facility located in Tomball, TX (77377).

About the Role
This is a structured trainee to supervisor role for someone ready to earn quality leadership fast. You'll start by learning our solar module manufacturing process from the ground up, mastering SEG's QC standards and training hands on to run every production station. Over roughly 3–4 months, with mentorship and on the job development, you'll build the operational and quality expertise to step into a QC/QA Supervisor role, leading the team that keeps every module meeting our standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical field, or Quality Management — recent graduates encouraged to apply
0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, technical, or quality environment (internships and co-ops count)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communicates effectively and stays composed under pressure
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to quality control/assurance in manufacturing through coursework, internship, or 1–2 years on the job
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), SPC, or root cause analysis
Interest in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Awareness of OSHA or other manufacturing safety standards
Responsibilities:
Phase 1 — Learn the Floor (first ~3–4 months)

Master SEG's QC standards, inspection methods, and testing procedures
Train to operate and run each production station hands-on
Learn to read quality data, spot defects, and trace root causes
Shadow and support the QC/QA team on inspections and audits
Phase 2 — Lead the Team (QC/QA Supervisor)
Lead the QC/QA team in inspections, testing, and audits across the process
Enforce and continuously improve quality procedures and documentation
Partner with production and engineering on corrective and preventive actions
Train staff on quality standards and best practices
Verify products meet customer specs and compliance before release
Prepare quality reports, support audits, and help manage supplier quality
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

About the Role
The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across multiple departments, ensuring efficient coordination between accounting, sales, customer service, supply chain, logistics, and third-party partners. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, regulatory compliance, and alignment between production planning and sales demand while leading and developing the operations team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or manufacturing related field (preferred). Preferred Master's degree in relevant discipline or MBA.
2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong cross-functional communication
Experience with manufacturing, import/export, customs compliance, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities:
Cross-Department Coordination
Act as the primary operational liaison between Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Production Planning teams.
Collaborate with Accounting on invoicing accuracy, cost control, inventory valuation, and reconciliation.
Partner with Sales and Customer Service to support order execution, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with the Production Planner to align sales orders with production capacity and delivery timelines.
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage finished goods and demand planning.
Oversee import and outbound logistics, ensuring timely shipment of goods.
Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3rd-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export documentation, and trade requirements.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
Oversee inventory control and accuracy, including cycle counts and full physical inventory counts towards year end.
Order Fulfillment & Execution
Oversee the full sales order lifecycle, from order receipt through shipment and delivery.
Monitor order status, resolve fulfillment issues, and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
Ensure coordination between warehouse, logistics, and customer teams to meet delivery commitments.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
Manage operational processes related to warranty claims
Coordinate with customer service, and accounting, to ensure timely resolution and documentation are filed.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, and develop the operations team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Performance & Process Improvement
Track and analyze key operational KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, logistics costs, and service levels.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements across departments.
Support system enhancements (ERP) to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
