    About the Role

    We are seeking a Deputy General Counsel to support our General Counsel, COO, CEO and sales team in managing day-to-day legal activities, with a particular emphasis on transactional work, including drafting and negotiating module purchase agreements, contractor/vendor agreements and other commercial contracts. This role requires a detail-oriented, business-minded attorney who can operate independently and handle both complex negotiations and day-to-day legal tasks, including preparing written communications to, and interfacing directly with, customers and other third parties.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from a US institution and active license to practice law in any US jurisdiction. 

    • 8+ years of experience in legal transactional work, ideally with exposure to UCC/commercial transactions and supply agreements for sales of goods.

    • Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management as it relates to manufacturers and sellers.

    • Ability to work across departments in a broad range of practice areas.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management tools.


    Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, supplier agreements, intercompany agreements and facility equipment, construction and leasing agreements.

    • Interface directly with internal stakeholders and provide clear, business-focused legal advice on contract terms, payment structures, insurance, bonding, and regulatory compliance.

    • Prepare and send formal notices, default letters, and other contractual communications to customers and other third parties.

    • Support project teams with contract interpretation, enforcement, and compliance tracking.

    • Resolve or assist in handling disputes, claims, and litigation matters.

    • Ensure all contracts comply with federal, state, and local laws.

    About the Role 

    We are seeking an organized and people-focused HR Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new employees in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will help ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company by coordinating all pre-employment and onboarding activities, including new-hire paperwork, background checks, orientations, badges, and required documentation. The HR Onboarding Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, staffing agencies, and new employees to coordinate start dates and ensure employees are prepared for their first day.     Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    The GL Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of the company's general ledger within the manufacturing industry.     The Indirect Procurement Coordinator is an entry-level procurement role responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and administering non-production goods and services at SEG. The scope of this role covers general facility equipment, maintenance and repair services, facility upgrade and construction contracts, janitorial and grounds services, and other indirect spend categories that keep SEG’s facilities operating safely and efficiently. Under the day-to-day guidance of the VP of Operations, this coordinator will learn to navigate supplier relationships, competitive bidding, purchase order management, contractor compliance documentation, and spend tracking. 

    This role is well-suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong organizational skills, an interest in operations and supply chain, and a willingness to learn the specific requirements of an industrial manufacturing environment. No prior procurement experience is required; training will be provided on the job. 


    Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field — OR demonstrated equivalent work experience. 

    • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative operations; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering) and Outlook.

    Responsibilities: 

    Facility & Equipment Procurement 

    • Source and purchase indirect goods including general facility equipment, furniture, signage, safety supplies, tools, and MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) items. 

    • Obtain competitive quotes for purchases above defined thresholds; document bid results and selection rationale for audit purposes. 

    • Issue and track purchase orders from approval through delivery and receipt; resolve discrepancies with suppliers and the accounts-payable team. 

    • Maintain accurate records of open POs, delivery status, and invoice matching. 


    Construction & Facility Services Procurement

    • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, stay current with emerging networking technologies, and continuously enhance technical knowledge.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in network design, operations, and maintenance within a manufacturing industry is preferred.

    • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is preferred.  

    • ERP, WMS, OA, MES and other system operation and maintenance experience is preferred.

    • Mandarin is preferred.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security. 

    • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot core network infrastructure including firewalls, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, IPS/IDS, VPN solutions, and network segmentation. 

    • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, performing detailed root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

    • Plan and execute network changes with precision, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless user impact. 

    • Maintain all network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and UPS systems. 

    • Participate in network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure enhancement initiatives to support business growth. 

    • Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and performance optimization to ensure network efficiency and reliability. 

    • Design and support scalable, resilient network solutions aligned with performance, security, and operational requirements, leveraging deep expertise in networking technologies and protocols such as OSPF, VXLAN, QoS, multicast, STP, and SD-WAN.

    • Monitor network availability, performance metrics, and generate operational reports to ensure service stability and continuous improvement. 

    • Conduct daily operations, maintenance, and routine inspections of the company's server room, servers, monitoring systems, and other hardware, ensuring the normal operation of the company's systems and network.

    • Solve various problems and technical support of the company's computer related to network.

    • Support factory MES system daily operation, maintenance and data backup.

    Security & Compliance

    • Ensure network infrastructure adheres to industry security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001), including system hardening, and secure remote access design. 

    • Configure, manage, and maintain security policies and profiles, including web filtering, application control, antivirus protection, intrusion prevention/detection systems (IPS/IDS), and SSL inspection. 

    • Support compliance initiatives by contributing to secure network architecture design, documentation, and implementation of required security controls.


    Schedule: 

    • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

    Salary Range:

    • $75,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

    About the Role

    This is a structured trainee to supervisor role for someone ready to earn quality leadership fast. You'll start by learning our solar module manufacturing process from the ground up, mastering SEG's QC standards and training hands on to run every production station. Over roughly 3–4 months, with mentorship and on the job development, you'll build the operational and quality expertise to step into a QC/QA Supervisor role, leading the team that keeps every module meeting our standards.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical field, or Quality Management — recent graduates encouraged to apply

    • 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, technical, or quality environment (internships and co-ops count)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Communicates effectively and stays composed under pressure

    • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Exposure to quality control/assurance in manufacturing through coursework, internship, or 1–2 years on the job

    • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), SPC, or root cause analysis

    • Interest in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

    • Awareness of OSHA or other manufacturing safety standards


    Responsibilities:

    Phase 1 — Learn the Floor (first ~3–4 months)

    • Learn the end-to-end solar module manufacturing process

    • Master SEG's QC standards, inspection methods, and testing procedures

    • Train to operate and run each production station hands-on

    • Learn to read quality data, spot defects, and trace root causes

    • Shadow and support the QC/QA team on inspections and audits


    Phase 2 — Lead the Team (QC/QA Supervisor)

    • Lead the QC/QA team in inspections, testing, and audits across the process

    • Enforce and continuously improve quality procedures and documentation

    • Partner with production and engineering on corrective and preventive actions

    • Train staff on quality standards and best practices

    • Verify products meet customer specs and compliance before release

    • Prepare quality reports, support audits, and help manage supplier quality


    Schedule: 

    • Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

    Salary Range:

    • $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
