Las Vegas, NV, September 11, 2025 – The RE+ 2025 exhibition was successfully held from September 8–11 in Las Vegas. As a leading U.S. solar module manufacturer, SEG Solar (“SEG”) hosted a series of presentations featuring renowned industry experts alongside SEG’s management team, who shared the company’s latest products and strategic direction. Together, they explored innovation trends and future opportunities in the solar industry.

Tristan Erion-Lorico, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kiwa PVEL, presented an overview of the Product Qualification Program (PQP), including its testing scope and award evaluation process. He congratulated SEG for earning the Top Performer recognition for the fourth consecutive year, reaffirming SEG’s strong performance in rigorous testing areas such as thermal cycling, damp heat, mechanical load, PID, LID/LETID, hail impact, and energy yield. This achievement highlights SEG’s proven product reliability and quality leadership.

Daniel Fuchs, Chief Customer Officer of EUPD Research, delivered a keynote on the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act on the U.S. solar industry. He noted that while installations will peak by the end of 2025, demand is expected to decline significantly from 2026 onward, leading to reduced project economics. He emphasized that supply chain restructuring remains a critical long-term challenge, urging companies to adapt quickly, optimize project timelines, and meet FEOC compliance requirements to remain competitive.

BloombergNEF Solar Analyst You-Ru Tan provided an in-depth analysis of the global solar market and supply chain. He forecasted global solar capacity additions to reach a record 695 GW in 2025, though with a slower growth rate. He projected that TOPCon technology will remain the mainstream choice for at least two years. Tan also pointed out that while module spot prices are falling, overcapacity persists, and U.S. tariffs are pushing up domestic manufacturing costs. He stressed that companies capable of balancing FEOC restrictions and cost pressures will be better positioned in the next phase of supply chain restructuring.

SEG’s technical team member Thomas Ashby officially launched SEG’s new SIERRA N series of HJT modules at the exhibition. Based on 210x105mm cells, the modules deliver up to 740 Wp power output with 23.82% efficiency and an ultra-low temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C. He emphasized that the series marks a milestone in boosting energy yield per unit area, optimizing system design, and reducing LCOE. With these advantages, SIERRA N modules are ideally suited for utility-scale and C&I projects, providing higher investment returns and long-term stable performance.

From a strategic perspective, SEG Vice President of Distribution and DG Sales, Mark Czap, introduced SEG’s advantages in domestic policy compliance. As a U.S.-based solar company, SEG ensures transparency and compliance across its supply chain, fully aligning with U.S. policy standards. He noted that SEG will continue to strengthen collaboration with local industry partners to further enhance compliance, consolidate competitiveness, and support the development of a resilient domestic supply chain, thereby contributing to the clean energy transition.

Through its participation at RE+ 2025, SEG engaged in valuable exchanges with industry experts and partners, showcasing its latest innovations while gaining insights from the forefront of the industry. SEG extends its gratitude to all experts and visitors for their time and support. Moving forward, SEG remains committed to innovation and collaboration, working with partners across the value chain to drive technological progress, accelerate solar adoption, and advance the global clean energy transition and sustainable development.
