SEG Holds Company-Wide First-Aid Training to Strengthen Workplace Safety
Recently, SEG Solar (“SEG”), a leading U.S. solar module manufacturer, held a company-wide first-aid training session focused on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the proper use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
The training was designed to further strengthen SEG’s safety culture and enhance employees’ ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Through systematic instruction and hands-on practice, participants gained practical knowledge and confidence in applying first-aid skills in real-world scenarios.
During the session, SEG employees actively participated in the training and completed key emergency response exercises. SEG believes that strong safety planning and emergency preparedness are essential to stable operations and a safe workplace environment.
SEG has long placed employee safety and safety management at the forefront of its operations. The company has established a comprehensive safety training system and a refined safety management framework, supported by relevant international safety management certifications.
All newly hired employees are required to complete occupational safety training, including pre-job safety orientation and standardized operating procedure training, to ensure safe and compliant operations.
SEG’s facilities are also equipped with first-aid stations, AEDs, and other emergency response resources. Clear evacuation guidelines are in place to provide employees with comprehensive workplace safety protection.
Safety is the foundation of sustainable business operations. Moving forward, SEG will continue to conduct regular safety training and practical emergency response activities to build a safer, more standardized, and more resilient workplace environment.
