Representing an investment of US$200 million and spanning more than 500,000 square feet, Tomball #1 is SEG's largest module manufacturing facility in the United States and one of the country's largest HJT module manufacturing facilities. With an annual production capacity of 4 GW, the facility features four advanced production lines dedicated to manufacturing SEG's latest-generation high-efficiency SIERRA N series HJT modules, supporting both 210 mm and 210R wafer formats. The facility incorporates specialized HJT manufacturing processes, including low-temperature soldering and precision butyl sealant application, further enhancing module reliability, long-term durability, and energy yield.

"Seeing another SEG manufacturing facility stand on American soil is a proud moment for all of us," said Jun Zhuge, Founder & COO of SEG. "The rapid growth of artificial intelligence and data centers is driving unprecedented demand for reliable electricity and accelerating the need for new energy infrastructure. Tomball #1 is an important step in expanding our manufacturing capacity to meet that demand, with commercial operations expected to begin in the third quarter of this year. Looking ahead, we are advancing our third U.S. HJT module manufacturing facility and planning a U.S. cell manufacturing facility to build a more integrated domestic supply chain, strengthen long-term delivery capabilities for our customers and establish SEG as the largest crystalline solar module manufacturer in the United States."
