SEG Solar Shines at RE+ 2025, Leading the Era of High-Efficiency Modules with Innovation and Recognition
Las Vegas, USA, September 9–11, 2025 — SEG Solar (hereinafter “SEG”), a leading U.S. solar module manufacturer, made a strong impression at the RE+ 2025 exhibition in Las Vegas. With the global launch of its SIERRA N HJT module series and its deep commitment to the U.S. market, SEG successfully attracted the attention of customers and industry partners worldwide.
Global Product Launch Driving Local Innovation
At the exhibition, SEG unveiled its new SIERRA N HJT module series, designed with large-format 210x105 mm solar cells. The modules deliver up to 740 W of maximum power output with a conversion efficiency of 23.82%, and feature an ultra-low temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C. These technological advancements ensure stable performance and higher energy yields even under high-temperature, low-light, or complex environmental conditions. With higher power density and improved system compatibility, the SIERRA N series reduces the number of modules required per project, effectively lowering BOS and LCOE costs while providing reliable and efficient solutions for utility-scale and C&I projects.
Industry Recognition Underscoring Technology and Brand Strength
During RE+ 2025, SEG received multiple prestigious awards and certifications for its innovation in high-efficiency module technology and outstanding market performance. Daniel Fuchs, Chief Customer Officer of EUPD Research, presented SEG with the Top Innovation Module USA award, recognizing its leadership in manufacturing innovation. Tristan Erion-Lorico, VP of Sales & Marketing at Kiwa PVEL, awarded SEG the 2025 Top Performer recognition, marking SEG’s fourth consecutive year of excellence in reliability. Sunny Rai, Global Senior Vice President at Intertek, also visited the SEG booth to present ETL certification for the newly launched SIERRA N HJT series, ensuring smooth entry into the North American market. These honors highlight SEG’s robust product strength and expand its global brand influence in the solar industry.
Strategic Partnership Driving Shared Growth
On the second day of the exhibition, SEG signed a cooperation agreement with Kirby Risk, a U.S.-based electrical supply and services company. The partnership will leverage SEG’s advanced manufacturing and R&D capabilities at its Houston facility alongside Kirby Risk’s leading local distribution and service network to accelerate the growth of clean energy in the U.S. This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both companies to innovation and sustainability, and marks a significant milestone in delivering premium energy solutions to customers.
Thought Leadership Shaping Industry Trends
Beyond product showcases, the SEG booth became a hub for knowledge sharing and industry exchange. SEG’s Thomas Ashby, from the Technology Department, introduced the technical highlights of the SIERRA N HJT series, emphasizing its role in enhancing power generation efficiency, optimizing system design, and reducing LCOE. Mark Czap, VP of Distribution and DG Sales, outlined SEG’s strategic development roadmap, highlighting the company’s strong compliance advantages in the U.S. market. Externally, Daniel Fuchs of EUPD Research analyzed the implications of the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA)” on the renewable energy sector, providing insights for solar companies navigating the new policy cycle. Meanwhile, BloombergNEF analyst Youru Tan delivered a data-driven outlook on the global solar market and supply chain trends.
Interactive Experiences Showcasing Brand Culture
Complementing the technical and business exchanges, SEG also hosted a range of interactive activities infused with Texan western flair. From a lively spin-the-wheel prize game to a cultural rodeo challenge, the activities drew enthusiastic participation and praise from visitors. SEG also held breakfast gatherings and networking sessions, providing relaxed settings for customers, partners, and experts to deepen connections and foster collaboration.
With the successful conclusion of RE+ 2025, SEG celebrates another milestone. Looking ahead, SEG will continue to strengthen its U.S. manufacturing and compliance advantages, delivering greater value to global customers while working with industry peers to advance a cleaner, more efficient energy future.
